It
was mixed feelings for the English clubs in the Champions League as they battle
out their respective opponents in the group stage final matches, three of them
made it through to the knock out stage, while Manchester United paid the price
for their previous lack lustre performance against PSV on both legs and now
have to dropped to the Europa League.
Not
to forget, Leicester has enjoyed a week at the top of the Premier League as
they face the struggling Champions this week.
I
would say that this period of the EPL campaign should be perfect opportunity
for the top clubs to make a big statement on the title credentials, but I will still say
the same next week! Now let's get down to the business of the week.
Tottenham Hotspur vs
Newcastle United
(13/12/15)
Spurs
remain unbeaten and have moved into European spots.
Like I said last week,
they should do more to turn their habit of drawing
games to win, with that they would be closer to
the top spot.
They will take a lot of positives from their last game as their youth policy has been skuccessful enough to have produced Dele Alli and Eric Dier. And if they can continue in this vein of form then Spurs will feel confident against any opposition.

Newcastle
pulled off a shocker win against Liverpool, though agaisnt my call but a well much needed victory as Wijnaldum
led the the attack and were still able to have a resolute defence. Like
many other bottom teams, their issue is consistency.
Tips: I don't see Spurs losing this kind of match not even at white hartlane
Predictions:
Spurs Win
Leicester City vs
Chelsea
(14/12/15)
Leicester
are top of the leage table once
more! EPL leaders against the struggling reigning champions. But we shouldn't
forget that the blues still has the resources.
Chelsea
is through the Champions League group stages as group winners,
but they still cannot replicate that form in the league. I still believe run of victories is what they need to put their season
back on track.
Tips: It
is form vs pedigree
Predictions:
Leicester Win or Draw
